“No political loyalty, only results”: Svyrydenko made her first statement in office

Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko stated that the government led by her is taking a course towards military, economic, and social self-sufficiency.
She stated this after her appointment to this position.
“Our government is taking a course towards self-sufficiency: military, economic, and social. My main goal is real positive results that every Ukrainian will experience in their lives. War does not give us the right to delay. We must act quickly and decisively,” Svyrydenko noted.
She added that the government’s priority steps in the first 6 months are:
- high-quality support for the army;
- increasing domestic weapons production;
- increasing the technological capabilities of the army.
The Prime Minister added that the government will make every effort to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
In particular, Svyrydenko emphasized the importance of:
- comprehensive deregulation;
- stopping unauthorized pressure on business;
- acceleration of large-scale privatization;
- implementing effective support mechanisms.
“We have already started work on optimizing the state apparatus and are heading for a full audit of expenditures with the aim of reducing them. No political loyalty, only numbers and results,” the head of government said.
It is worth recalling that on Thursday, July 17, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the appointment of Yulia Svyridenko as Prime Minister of Ukraine .
It should be noted that on July 15, Denys Shmyhal wrote a statement of resignation from the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine .
