Fugitive former president Viktor Yanukovych suddenly appeared in public — after a long silence, he recorded a short address to the media. But instead of a political sensation, something else caught the attention of Ukrainians — his teeth.
Photo-snaps, jokes, and memes immediately began to spread on social media, mentioning everything from premium dentistry to a “guaranteed escape bite.”
The content of Yanukovych’s speech remained secondary, as netizens quickly focused on the visual part. “A toothy comeback,” “a Hollywood smile — Moscow-style,” “he finally got it together” — these are just some of the reactions flooding Telegram and Twitter.
