Occupiers killed a child and two adults in Sumy region, three more people were injured

On the morning of June 22, Russian forces used a drone to attack the home of a large family in the Znob-Novgorod community of the Shostka district of the Sumy region. The strike killed a 13-year-old boy, his father, and his grandmother, and injured three other family members.
This was reported by the Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the agency, a Russian drone attacked a residential building at around 04:50 on June 22.
The attack killed a 13-year-old boy, his 36-year-old father, and his 73-year-old grandmother. The boy’s 31-year-old mother, his 10-year-old brother, and his 13-year-old sister were injured.
Prosecutors, together with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of the Russian attack.
Under the procedural leadership of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of committing a war crime that caused the death of people. The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the SBU Department in Sumy Region.
It was previously reported that the Russians shelled Zaporizhzhia and civilian settlements in the region, resulting in the deaths of 3 people and the wounding of 10 others. Among the injured is an 11-year-old boy who is under medical supervision.
