On the night of January 27, Russian troops again attacked an energy facility in Odessa, causing significant damage to the infrastructure.
DTEK reports this.
According to the company, the damage was enormous, and restoring the equipment will take a long time to return it to working condition.
Emergency crews began work after permission from rescuers and the military. Specialists are inspecting damaged equipment, clearing debris, and moving on to repair and restoration work.
The timing of power supply restoration will depend on the extent of damage and the security situation.
It was previously reported that Russian troops hit a gas pipeline in the Mykolaiv region, leaving residents of the village of Trykhaty without gas supply.
As a reminder, on the night of January 27, Russian troops carried out another attack with drones on southern Ukraine. Odessa and the Odessa region came under fire.
