Oil depot in Moscow region, ship “Svetlyak” and tankers: Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a number of Russian military facilities

On the night of July 18, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of Russian military and military-economic facilities. In particular, an oil depot in the Moscow region, ships in the Azov and Black Seas, and a railway bridge in the Luhansk region were hit.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, the damage was inflicted on the Nafto-Service oil depot in the city of Noginsk, Moscow Region. A hit to the facility was recorded, followed by a fire. The General Staff noted that the oil depot is used for the storage and supply of fuel and lubricants, in particular to meet the needs of the Russian armed forces.
The Defense Forces also hit two tankers, two floating cranes and one tugboat in the waters of the Azov and Black Seas . According to the General Staff, the tankers are used to transport Russian oil, oil products and fuel in the interests of the Russian army, while the floating cranes and tugboats provide port work, transportation of military cargo, loading and unloading of equipment and the functioning of the enemy’s maritime logistics.
Separately, Ukrainian military personnel hit the Project 10410 patrol ship “Svetlyak” in Kerch in temporarily occupied Crimea. The General Staff noted that this is the second ship of this project hit by the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the past two days.
In addition, a railway bridge over the Bila River in the Sabivka area of Luhansk region was hit. According to the General Staff, the enemy uses this bridge to provide military logistics.
The General Staff emphasized that the Defense Forces of Ukraine will continue to systematically implement measures aimed at reducing Russia’s military-economic potential and stopping its armed aggression.
Earlier, on the morning of July 18, Russia reported a drone attack . A fire broke out at the Noginsk oil depot in the Moscow region, which supplies fuel to the capital region. Facilities of the Russian online store Wildberries also caught fire.
Recall that Ukrainian forces hit a Tu-95 strategic bomber in Engels, Russia , which Russia used for massive missile attacks on Ukraine. According to the SBU, the plane suffered critical damage – its tail section was completely torn off.
The day before, combat divers of the Omega Special Purpose Center of the National Military University destroyed a Russian Su-24M front-line bomber at the Saki military airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea.
