“A rather interesting situation occurred tonight. At 01:30, our team recorded the takeoff of an Il-82, the so-called “doomsday plane,”” the report says.

“Monitoring” suggests that tonight the world was one step closer to nuclear conflict.
It is worth noting that the “doomsday” aircraft are designed to serve as an aerial command center for the military-political leadership.
Such aircraft are intended for the president, the minister of defense, and other members of the top political and military leadership in the event of a nuclear war or other emergency that would destroy or significantly damage the ground elements of government in the country.
