Online services of the DRACS in Action are temporarily unavailable in seven regions.

In several regions of Ukraine, the DRACS online services on the “Action” portal have been partially suspended due to department reorganization.

This was reported on the Telegram channel “Action”.

“The reorganization of the DRACS department structure is ongoing, so some services on the Action portal will be temporarily unavailable in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Volyn, Zakarpattia, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, and Chernivtsi regions,” the statement reads.

The following services will be temporarily unavailable:

there is Baby;

extracts about birth, name change, marriage, divorce, death;

re-issuance of certificates under DRAC.

Action advised those who have already submitted an application and paid for the service to check whether it has been signed and sent so that the DRACS department has time to process it.

“If you don’t have time, after the restoration, submit a new application or contact the DRACS office where you ordered the service directly with the receipt to receive it,” Action clarified.
