Operation “Buratino”: how enemy agents infiltrated the Ukrainian government

The Ukrainian state machine, including law enforcement agencies, is largely infiltrated by hostile agents acting in the interests of the aggressor country, the Russian Federation. At the same time, law enforcement agencies are turning into a repressive apparatus, abusing their own intelligence officers and undermining the security of the state.
This opinion was expressed on the air of “Pryamoye” by diplomat Dmitry Chekalkin, revealing the details of the large-scale “Operation Pinocchio”, which he became aware of two decades ago and which involved offers of huge sums for cooperation.
He separately emphasized how this psychologically affects Ukrainian intelligence officers: when the best specialists, such as Colonel Roman Chervinsky, are held in prison on what he believes are trumped-up charges, this in turn demoralizes ordinary employees who see the consequences of their work for the state and the bullying of colleagues.
“In the end, they managed to infiltrate the entire Ukrainian, not just law enforcement, but the entire Ukrainian state machine with their agents,” Chekalkin added.
He also mentioned the “Mindich tapes,” which allegedly recorded discussions about systemic kickbacks to various law enforcement agencies – the State Bureau of Investigation, the Prosecutor’s Office, and the Security Service of Ukraine.
At the same time, the diplomat expressed concern that the investigation into these facts has stalled, and the persons who received the funds remain unknown. Some cases, in particular those related to the defense sector, are covered up by security issues, which may be justified, Chekalkin believes.
However, according to him, inaction regarding other areas, such as ARMA or the judicial system, which can also, unfortunately, be permeated by shadowy influences, is unjustified.
Earlier on the air of “Pryamoye”, Dmytro Chekalkin suggested that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is on the hook of Russian special services , which may at any moment publish evidence about his cooperation with FSB agent Andriy Derkach.
According to him, it was from the President’s Office that secret recordings of conversations were transmitted, which is treason, and now Moscow can use this fact for blackmail.
