Operation Themis: The Supreme Court did not conduct internal investigations into judges Dashutin and Rogach

The Supreme Court did not conduct internal investigations into judges Igor Dashutin and Larisa Rogach in connection with information about the NABU operation “Themis.”

This is stated in the response to a request from Censor.NET.

The court explained that the Supreme Court does not have the authority to determine the scope of pre-trial investigation information that may be made public, to establish or confirm the circumstances of the relevant criminal proceedings, or to evaluate the procedural actions of pre-trial investigation bodies.

For the same reasons, the Supreme Court cannot evaluate the assumptions made in the request regarding the possible connection of the relevant circumstances with the criminal proceedings that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine reported on as part of Operation Themis.

As of the date of receipt of the response, Dashutin and Rogach continue to administer justice in their positions.

As a reminder, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Iryna Mudra was able to influence judges of the Cassation Administrative Court of the Supreme Court through Ihor Dashutin, Chairman of the Cassation Administrative Court of the Supreme Court. This was specifically related to the case involving Petro Poroshenko’s lawsuit regarding sanctions imposed against him.

Petro Poroshenko’s lawyer , Ilya Novikov, also commented on Irina Mudra’s controversial recordings on the “Pryamoy” channel , in which she discussed the fifth President’s sanctions case and her influence on Supreme Court judges through the head of the Code of Administrative Procedure, Igor Dashutin.
