Over 100 targets hit: SBU summarizes 40-day campaign against Russia

The Security Service of Ukraine said that its units had carried out more than 100 strikes on strategically important sites in the Russian Federation and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine during a 40-day campaign to influence Russia. President Volodymyr Zelensky has already approved new operations.

According to the intelligence service, the targets included military-industrial complex enterprises, military airfields, air defense facilities, command posts, oil refineries, military logistics facilities, and ships of the Russian “shadow fleet.”

The SBU reported that during this period, the units also hit more than 21,000 units of enemy military equipment, weapons, and infrastructure, and eliminated almost 5,000 Russian military personnel.

Separately, the special service noted strikes on Russian aviation infrastructure. According to the SBU, the airfields “Saki”, “Gvardiyskoye”, “Belbek”, “Bagerovye”, “Engels” and “Khanskaya”, as well as a number of air defense systems, in particular the S-400, “Tor-M2” and “Pantsir-S2” complexes, were attacked.

In addition, the SBU announced the destruction of 14 oil refineries, dozens of oil depots and oil pumping stations, as well as several vessels of the Russian “shadow fleet” that were used to circumvent international sanctions.

The special service noted that the campaign was aimed at weakening Russia’s military and economic potential, and work in this direction will continue.

Earlier, combat divers of the Omega Special Purpose Center of the National Military University of Ukraine destroyed a Russian Su-24M front-line bomber at the Saki military airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea.
