As of 10:53 a.m. on January 11, more than 50 trains traveling through western Ukraine are delayed due to overnight shelling. The delays affect both international and long-distance trains.

Ukrzaliznytsia reported this.

Some trains are operating on modified routes. These include trains to Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Uzhhorod, and Ivano-Frankivsk, as well as international routes to Poland, Hungary, Austria, Romania, and Moldova.

The longest delays are reported for international trains, particularly Kyiv-Vienna, Chelm-Kharkiv, Kyiv-Chelm, and Uzhhorod-Dnipro. Some trains are running more than six hours behind schedule. A significant number of trains are experiencing delays of one to three hours, and some are delayed for up to an hour.

Ukrzaliznytsia notes that the situation is under control, and railway workers are working to resume scheduled services. Passengers are advised to stay updated and check their travel information.
