Part-time jobs in retirement: a 66-year-old man in Lutsk set up a brothel in his own apartment

The Lutsk City District Court has sentenced a 66-year-old city resident who organized an illegal establishment for providing intimate services in his apartment. The court found the man guilty and sentenced him to a fine.

This is reported by “Volyn News” .

As the court found, the illegal activity lasted from April to August 2025. The man converted his own apartment into a brothel and independently sought visitors for intimate encounters.

According to the case materials, the defendant provided delivery of clients to a residence where men and women could receive intimate services. The activity was systematic.

During the searches, law enforcement officers seized physical evidence, including condoms, women’s underwear, and intimate accessories.

The case was considered under Article 302 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – creation and maintenance of brothels. At the court hearing, the accused fully admitted his guilt.
