The guerrilla movement “ATESH” announced the disabling of the Russian army’s military communication lines near one of the largest data centers in Moscow – IXcellerate.
This was reported by representatives of the movement on Telegram.
According to the partisans, the agents are disrupting the communication channels that the Russian military uses to control units and coordinate air defense.
“We disable the enemy’s channels, disrupt control, and help the UAV reach its targets,” ATESH said.
IXcellerate is a large operator of commercial data centers in Moscow. Its infrastructure is used to operate banking, telecommunications, and other digital services.
According to ATES, part of this infrastructure is used by the Russian Ministry of Defense for military purposes, in particular for transmitting commands and ensuring the operation of air defense systems.
The movement claims that damage to communication channels complicates coordination between the Russian military and may affect the timeliness of transmitting information about air targets.
As a reminder, on October 14, partisans of the “ATESH” group announced a sabotage at an electrical substation in the Russian city of Azov . According to the movement, the substation provided electricity to an enterprise that produces components for Russian missile weapons.
