“Regarding the notification: the situation is approximately the same as during the previous strikes, when we had 39 missiles in a massive strike. Also, information from partners did not arrive the first time, but it did arrive the second time,” Ignat said.
He stressed that Ukraine has its own sources of information about ballistic missile launches. In particular, Ukrainian specialists monitor the situation using a radar field.
“There is a radar field that is being monitored to the best of our ability. There is information that ballistics are taking off, in fact, we reported on our official resources that there was a ballistics threat, and just a minute later, ballistics finally appeared in the sky,” the spokesman noted.
Ignat added that Ukrainian experts, together with international partners, are investigating the circumstances of the lack of warning about the first attack. According to him, this is not the first time a similar situation has arisen.
