PrivatBank experienced a technical failure on the morning of September 15. Due to the problems, customers were temporarily unable to make payments and money transfers.
This was reported by the bank’s press service.
They explained the situation with humor: “It looks like our payments and transfers took an unplanned break.”
The bank’s specialists immediately began working to fix the malfunction and restore stable operation of the services.
Subsequently, PrivatBank reported that the technical failure had already been resolved. Payments and transfers are again working stably and without delays.
“We sincerely apologize for the temporary inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience,” the financial institution said.
