People and a UNESCO site suffered: occupiers hit Lviv with drones

On Tuesday, March 24, Russian occupation forces attacked Lviv using strike drones.

This was announced by the mayor of the city, Andriy Sadovyi , and the head of the OVA, Maksym Kozytskyi .

At least two people were injured in the Russian strike, both seriously.

At the same time, residential buildings in the city center of Lviv and in Sykhiv were damaged. In addition, it is likely that the debris of an enemy drone fell at the beginning of Bandera Street.

According to preliminary information, among the affected buildings is a UNESCO heritage site. A fire broke out in the building.

The threat of drone strikes remains in Lviv. Explosions are also heard in some western and central regions – Vinnytsia, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk. Local residents are urged to take shelter.

As a reminder, on the morning of March 24, Russian occupation forces attacked a residential building in Dnipro , resulting in 13 people being injured.

By the way, Russian occupation forces massively attacked Zaporizhia and Poltava regions with missiles and strike drones. The shelling resulted in casualties, injuries, and significant destruction.
