Poland declassified data on military aid to Ukraine

Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosińska-Kamysz has revealed for the first time the amount of military aid Warsaw has provided to Ukraine since Russia’s full-scale invasion began. He also confirmed the transfer of PAC-3 missiles to Ukraine for Patriot air defense systems.

According to Kosiniak-Kamysz, after a conversation with Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the Polish authorities decided to begin the process of declassifying information regarding the transfer of military equipment to Ukraine.
The minister reported that in 2022-2023, the previous Polish government transferred various types of military equipment and ammunition to Ukraine for a total amount of about PLN 15 billion, or approximately EUR 3.4 billion.
At the same time, from 2024 to the present day, under the current government of Donald Tusk, Poland has provided Ukraine with military assistance worth PLN 1.55 billion, which is about EUR 350 million.
Among the transferred weapons, Kosiniak-Kamysh separately named PAC-3 missiles for American Patriot air defense systems.
The Head of the Polish Ministry of Defense emphasized that supporting Ukraine remains a strategic task for Warsaw.
As a reminder, Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz announced the decision to declassify information about all military assistance that the country provided to Ukraine in 2022-2026. The Polish authorities also ordered an investigation into the possible disclosure of state secrets.
