Poroshenko brought another batch of equipment to the military on his birthday

The fifth President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, who is celebrating his anniversary today, traditionally brought another batch of equipment to the military.

“I am often asked why we constantly go to the front? Of course, it is so that the Ukrainian military is provided with the necessary equipment and weapons. But this is an incomplete answer. I often catch myself thinking that these constant trips are also necessary for me personally. Because it is with these guys and girls that you feel comfortable. It is here that there are real people who are fighting for a common future and have one true goal,” the fifth President shared his emotions.

“Today, our friends from the 21st Army Corps invited us to visit them. But we don’t go on a visit without gifts. The first and most significant gift is an excavator, which will soon be digging fortifications near the line of combat contact. We are now directing maximum efforts so that Ukrainian units receive more iron “diggers”. Because it is the military who know best how to best build fortifications,” Poroshenko said on social networks.

“We are also transferring a mobile tire repair complex in case the wheeled automotive equipment breaks down. It is fully equipped to quickly and efficiently return the cars to service, even when there is no service station nearby. The guys, among other things, asked for mobile baths – we are transferring three of them so that the fighters have a place to quickly take a shower and wash their clothes. ATVs are still relevant at the front: no assault or evacuation can do without them, so three more ATVs went to the 21st AK today,” Poroshenko writes.

“We will not stop our assistance to the army for a moment, and nothing will stop us! Because we must always be united around the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is the principle that guides our team,” emphasizes Petro Poroshenko.

As is known, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Poroshenko’s team has made more than 150 trips to assist brigades and units of the Defense Forces.

We will remind you that on the occasion of the anniversary of the party leader, the fifth president Petro Poroshenko, MPs from the European Solidarity faction called on everyone to donate to the NGO “Sprava Hromad” for drone detectors for the military “Aspirin 2.0”. The Poroshenko Foundation will traditionally double the amount collected.
