Poroshenko called for the creation of a government of national unity instead of imitating reforms

Poroshenko once again called on the authorities to form a government of national trust instead of conducting a PR change of the Cabinet of Ministers, which has been operating for years without reporting to society and the Rada.

He stated this during a briefing.

“The opposition insisted that the government be changed and that a government of national unity be finally formed, which, given the current state of affairs, should now turn into a government of national salvation. Instead, it is happening like in that bad brothel, it is not even the beds that are being changed, but the linen. And the linen is dirty. And instead of the government of national salvation, a government of salvation of Andriy Yermak is being created. This is not a new government,” Poroshenko states.

He expressed surprise, because how can there be a renewal when the current First Deputy Prime Minister, who shares responsibility for all the government’s failures, is claiming the position of Prime Minister.

“This government has been working for more than four years without any program. What are they intended for? What are they going to do? They were not presented in the Verkhovna Rada. They are hiding from the report. This is a complete loss of subjectivity of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the highest legislative body of the state,” the leader of the position notes.

He added that he has a huge pile of questions. The first question: why did Russia transfer its economy to military rails and now increase the entire range of weapons tenfold, while their armed forces against ours are armed to the teeth with the most modern equipment, sharply increased the volume and production of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, strike drones, shaheeds, geraniums. And the transfer of the Ukrainian economy to military rails is hindered by a telethon that steals money from the pockets of soldiers, hinders the thousand with which voters are bribed, hinders cashback. And hinders 330 billion in receivables in the defense and security sector.

“Will this change of government help the front? Will the funding of the Armed Forces of Ukraine increase? Will it help transfer the economy to military rails and concentrate all efforts in the defense and security sector?” Poroshenko says.

He also recalled the blocking in parliament of a resolution on an appeal to the US Congress and a bill on the transfer of military personal income tax directly to the accounts of military units.

“We must create a government of national unity. We must unite the country. And if we replace Shmyhal, who is “Yermak in a shirt,” with Svyrydenko, who will be “Yermak in a skirt,” nothing will change,” Poroshenko is convinced.

He also put forward a requirement – a report from each minister with sufficient time to inform the country and partners about what has been done and what tasks remain. Before the government approves – a program.

“We are talking about public responsibility for empty promises, which they plan to cover up with new promises. And the problems in the country are only increasing,” warns Petro Poroshenko.

He also added that the “Servants of the People” is no longer a monocoalition, they do not have a majority. And therefore it will be the government of the OPZH, without which it will not be voted on. In this form, obviously, “European Solidarity” is not going to vote.

“I believe that Ukraine deserves a government that works. The government should work not for itself and not for itself, but for the Ukrainian soldier, for the front and for the preservation of the state,” the fifth President summed up.
