Poroshenko delivered drones, ATVs, and excavators to airborne assault units.

During a trip to one of the front lines, Petro Poroshenko handed over a large shipment of drones and equipment to airborne assault units of six brigades.

“Ukrainian paratroopers say: ‘Where the going gets tough, there’s the paratroopers!’ And we respond: where they are, there’s our help. This time, we came to visit six airborne assault units. Present here are our good friends from the 79th, 25th, 46th, 82nd, and 87th, as well as brigades like the 147th Separate Artillery. We always respond promptly to their requests and strive to close them down as quickly as possible,” the fifth president wrote on social media.

This time, the military filled requests for 400 FPV drones, two excavators, a container repair shop, a washing and shower complex, a DAF Layland truck with a crane, six ATVs for evacuation and assault, five Shatro electronic warfare systems, and drone detectors and electronics.

“It’s important to be among our soldiers to communicate and learn about the units’ urgent needs. There’s never enough equipment on the front lines—there’s always a shortage. So we’re putting together a new ‘to-do’ list and returning to Kyiv to plan our next trip,” Poroshenko wrote.

Earlier, Petro Poroshenko, who delivered another batch of aid to the eastern front, announced that European Solidarity had submitted amendments to the draft State Budget for 2026.
