As is known, the European Solidarity faction initiated amendments to the State Budget for 2026 to redistribute non-targeted and corrupt expenditures in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The deputies propose to increase expenditures on financial support for the military by 100 billion hryvnias , as well as to increase the share of “military” personal income tax, which is transferred directly to military units, from 10% to 20% .
Poroshenko handed over 100 Blyskavka kamikaze drones to the military
Units of several brigades received a batch of “Lightning” kamikaze drones from the Poroshenko Foundation. These weapons demonstrate high efficiency and have positive feedback from the front, says Petro Poroshenko.
“We are transferring 100 aircraft to various branches of the military on Christmas Eve. The drones develop a cruising speed of up to 110 kilometers per hour, cover a distance of up to 60-70 km beyond the line of combat. They can cut off logistics, attack headquarters and organize sabotage behind enemy lines. They are light, fast and very explosive,” Poroshenko wrote on social networks .
Drones were received by units of the Special Operations Forces, the Airborne Assault and Ground Forces, as well as the Territorial Defense.
“The guys say that the situation at the front is difficult. The soldiers need our support, they need weapons, they need decent financial support. Now, not sometime later. Therefore, European Solidarity called on the Verkhovna Rada to immediately vote on the bill on amendments to the approved Budget-2026. In these amendments, funds from the salaries of deputies and the “national cashback” in the amount of 100 billion hryvnias are transferred to the Armed Forces,” Poroshenko reminded.
“European Solidarity has already collected a hundred signatures for the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers, or at least those members of the government who are involved in “Minditchgate”. Corrupt people continue to be in power – we will not allow this. There are no compromises when it comes to supporting the Armed Forces. We will stand by our defenders for as long as necessary,” the fifth President writes.
In early December, it became known about the Poroshenko Foundation’s new program to supply the military with Ukrainian-made “Lightning” kamikaze drones . At the same time, Poroshenko handed over the first batch of drones to the military.
