Poroshenko handed over another batch of equipment to nine units of the Defense Forces

Petro Poroshenko handed over another batch of equipment to 9 units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Stormtroopers, scouts, engineers, logisticians and military medics received assistance worth UAH 30 million – 2 excavators, 5 container repair shops, 2 mobile tire repair complexes with RunFlat, 2 ATVs, charging stations, Starlinks and generators, Aspirin drone detectors and other electronics.

“The war continues. In addition to the external enemy, the country is being undermined from within by corruption scandals. The forces of volunteers, on whom the military relies, are being exhausted. And our team, even in these conditions, continues to do its difficult job – to help the army,” Poroshenko writes.

“Today, in our office are representatives of nine units with whom we have been cooperating for a long time, who know the quality of what we transfer and are ordering more. Because we have something that, unfortunately, no one else transfers to the army. We bought out the entire production volume of excavators at one of the Ukrainian enterprises. More than 100 of our diggers are digging trenches, building fortifications and caponiers on the front line,” states the fifth President.

“Our own production began with washing and shower complexes, because the military had to wash themselves from a bottle. Now the army has 320 of our baths. And also 149 repair shops, the need for which no one had thought about before. We have manufactured and transferred more than five dozen tire-mounting complexes to the army,” Poroshenko notes.

According to him, each unit of such equipment facilitates service, preserves the health and life of Ukrainian servicemen, and strengthens the defense capability of our state.

“We have no right to stop. Because every excavator is a new shelter. Every workshop is a repaired piece of equipment that will return to battle. Every generator, every Starlink, every drone detector is an additional chance for our soldiers to complete the task and return alive. Boys and girls, I was glad to see everyone. Thank you for your service, for your courage, and for your trust in our team,” Petro Poroshenko writes.

In total, since the beginning of the invasion, the Poroshenko Foundation and volunteers from the NGO “Sprava Hromad” have transferred over 8 billion UAH in aid to the front. Of these, more than 7 billion are personal funds of the Poroshenko family, and more than a billion were collected by “Sprava Hromad”.
