Poroshenko handed over three Ai-Petri complexes and an excavator for fortifications to the military

Petro Poroshenko handed over three “Ai-Petri” technical reconnaissance countermeasure complexes and an excavator for the construction of fortifications to one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This was reported by the press center of “European Solidarity”.

According to the fifth president of Ukraine, the transfer of equipment took place immediately after the court hearing. He drew attention to the situation where military personnel are forced to spend time in court instead of serving.

“Today we came to the transfer of equipment straight from a court session. And it turns out that those who defend the state are forced to go to court,” Poroshenko noted.

He emphasized that the unit that received the assistance specializes in countering enemy reconnaissance equipment. According to him, the Ai-Petri complex allows for the effective detection and suppression of reconnaissance drones.

“There is no more effective PDTR complex in the army than our “Ai-Petri”. It is he who helps to land drones that correct strikes, and thus saves the lives of military and civilians,” he emphasized.

Poroshenko clarified that the transferred complexes are equipped with additional equipment – pickup trucks, electronic warfare stations, generators, and charging stations.

In addition, the military was given an excavator, which will be used to equip defensive positions.

“He will work 24/7, because there is a lot of work at the front,” Poroshenko added.

The politician emphasized that the team continues to assist the army, despite political pressure.

“Despite persecution and pressure, we are doing our job – strengthening the Armed Forces and helping to defend Ukraine,” he concluded.

As previously reported, Petro Poroshenko presented a pickup truck, Starlinks, charging stations, and tablets to the heroic “Predators of the Heights” unit of the 59th separate assault brigade.

As a reminder, Petro Poroshenko handed over another batch of construction equipment for fortification works to the troops – 10 new excavators were received by units of the Defense Forces.
