Petro Poroshenko, participating in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Ljubljana, met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

“The NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Ljubljana. And, as always, a sincere and warm meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. We are getting down to work to jointly bring closer the moment when Ukraine will become a member of the Alliance, which will guarantee our security. Mark and I have always found common solutions. I am confident that this time, too, we will be able to meaningfully discuss key issues and strengthen Ukraine’s position on the path to integration into the North Atlantic Alliance,” the fifth President wrote on social media.
