Poroshenko, who is preparing a new batch of aid for the front, called on the authorities not to block support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The fifth president and current People’s Deputy Petro Poroshenko has prepared another batch of special equipment for front-line brigades.

Five repair complexes equipped with the necessary tools are already ready to be sent to the front line. One such complex costs 1 million 800 thousand UAH.

“After working in the European Parliament and the security summit in Cambridge, I am returning to my daily work on providing troops. Every repair company dreams about what we have prepared today. Every logistics chief dreams about this at night. We are talking about container repair workshops, equipped with equipment and devices that soldiers usually have to buy at their own expense. At the front, such workshops allow us to immediately restore the combat capability of equipment,” Poroshenko said on social networks.

“We are transferring not one, but five such container repair shops. The Poroshenko Foundation has already provided the front with twenty such complexes. And in total, we delivered 500 units of special equipment to the Armed Forces together with the NGO “Sprava Hromad”: mobile charging stations, mobile car repair shops, washing and shower complexes, container tire shops, including with the Run-flat system. We delivered them “right now”, as the military asked us to,” he recalled.

“Instead, the military received another stab in the back from the authorities. Back in 2023, in order to ensure a counteroffensive, the MIB bank provided loans to enterprises that produced weapons, in particular, Poseidon UAV complexes for a large number of brigades. At a minimum interest rate that does not even cover inflation. The loans were repaid last year, and all the equipment was delivered to the troops on time and effectively used in battles. But on the instructions of the authorities, the National Bank of Ukraine banned new lending to anyone, in particular, contractors of the Armed Forces who work for the defense of the state. As a result, for example, Poseidon LLC was forced to stop supplying operational-tactical UAVs to the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the people’s deputy was indignant.

“It is possible that the government wants all the equipment to be supplied only by structures close to it at corrupt prices, and of dubious quality. Why is that? I think everyone understands. They are trying to strike at me as the leader of the opposition, but, unfortunately, they strike at the Armed Forces of Ukraine every time,” the fifth President summed up.
