Portnovskaya info-spam will pay

Almost a year and a half ago, I wrote about how the Vyshhorod District Court of the Kyiv Region refused to satisfy the claim of the father of two children with disabilities to refute false information spread by the newspaper “Law and Business” and Portnov’s sister, former judge of the Pechersk Court, Olena Isaevskaya.

The court ruled that Portnov’s relatives and his information-spam team can publicly accuse anyone of evading mobilization, even writing that the father of two children with special needs is “wanted by the CCC and is evading the military draft.” (Probably, they meant “military medical commission,” but it seems that “military medical commission” was more familiar to them than “military medical commission”).

Of course, the brazenly illegal decision was appealed and overturned.

Today we received a ruling from the Kyiv Court of Appeal dated April 29, 2026 (!).

The “Law and Business” info-dumper and Portnov’s relative will pay UAH 100,000 for lying.

It was a certain amount, they demanded a million.

But even 100 thousand won’t be superfluous for children.
