Power outage on November 4: how the schedules will work

Tomorrow, November 4, measures to limit electricity consumption will be implemented in some Ukrainian regions.

This was reported by Ukrenergo.

This decision was the result of massive Russian missile and drone strikes on the Ukrainian energy system.

In particular, hourly outage schedules for residential consumers, ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 shifts, will be applied from 08:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00.

For industrial consumers, the capacity limitation schedules will operate similarly.

Ukrenergo drew attention to the fact that the time and scope of application of restrictions may change, therefore it was advised to follow the latest information on the official pages of regional energy companies.

“When electricity is available on schedule, please use it sparingly!” the company urged.

It was previously reported that the Russian army had begun destroying energy regions in Ukraine , using scorched earth tactics.

By the way, Ukrenergo reported that during the winter period, the electricity supply situation in Ukraine may be unstable and change daily.
