On Friday, October 23, hourly power outage schedules will be in effect again in some regions of Ukraine. The restrictions will last from 06:00 to 23:59.
This was reported by Ukrenergo.
According to the company, for residential consumers and other categories, outage schedules of one to two shifts will apply.
Also, from 06:00 to 23:59, energy companies will limit capacity for industrial enterprises.
The reason for the outages is the consequences of massive Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
Ukrenergo warned that the situation in the power system may change, so schedules may be adjusted during the day. You can find out the exact time of outages at your address on the official pages of local regional energy companies.
Ukrainians were also urged to use electricity sparingly when the lights come on as scheduled.
