Power outage schedules will be in effect in some regions of Ukraine: when will supply be limited

On Saturday, October 24, some regions of Ukraine will implement hourly power outage schedules and capacity restrictions for industry. The measures will be in effect from 06:00 to 23:59 due to the consequences of massive Russian attacks on energy facilities.

It is noted that on October 24, electricity consumption restrictions will be applied in some regions of Ukraine.

For industrial consumers, power limitation schedules will be in effect from 06:00 to 23:59. During the same period, hourly outage schedules of 1 to 2 shifts are provided for all categories of consumers.

Ukrenergo explained that the restrictions are related to the consequences of massive Russian attacks on energy facilities.

The energy company warned that the situation in the power system may change due to Russian shelling. Ukrainians are advised to follow the current schedules on the official pages of distribution system operators in their regions.

Consumers were also urged to use electricity sparingly after power supply is restored on schedule.

We remind you that after the power supply is restored, you should not immediately turn on all electrical appliances . Experts advise waiting 5–10 minutes, gradually connecting the equipment and checking whether there is a smell of gas in the house.
