Power outages in some areas of Lutsk after UAV attack

On the evening of October 15, explosions were heard in Lutsk during an air raid alert. After that, power went out in some areas of the city, and there were also interruptions in the water supply.
This is reported by local media.
Before the explosions, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned about the movement of a jet drone over Lutsk and urged residents to stay in shelters.
Shortly after, local media began reporting on power outages. According to social media, some neighborhoods in the city were left without power.
In addition, residents of Lutsk are reporting water supply disruptions.
There is currently no official information about the causes of the outages or possible casualties. It is also not yet known whether the city’s infrastructure has been damaged.
