Public transport has been restored in Kyiv across the Southern Bridge

In Kyiv, ground public transport is being restored to normal operation across the Southern Bridge. During a preliminary inspection, experts did not find any critical damage to the structure.

This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.

Buses No. 22 and No. 91 are again running through the South Bridge on their usual routes.

At the same time, experts continue to inspect the metro structures on the bridge. When trains can return to normal operation, the Kyiv City State Administration will provide additional information.

Currently, trains on the “green” metro line run on two sections: between the “Syrets” and “Vydubychi” stations, as well as between “Osokorky” and “Chervony Khutor”.

Earlier it was reported that two UAV hits were recorded in Kyiv near the supporting part of the Southern Bridge . Metro and ground public transport traffic on the bridge was temporarily stopped.
