Putin called Musk a genius and announced contacts with him

Vladimir Putin said that Moscow continues to contact American businessman Elon Musk regarding low-orbit satellite systems, despite political differences.

This is reported by Russian media, citing Putin’s statement on October 28.

Putin said Russia was still in contact with Musk on satellite systems, despite political differences, calling the American businessman “a brilliant man.”

Such satellites operate at a low altitude above the Earth and provide communication and internet access. In particular, Starlink, owned by Musk’s SpaceX, works on this principle.

At the same time, Putin did not specify what exactly Moscow was discussing with the American businessman.
