Putin is ready to meet with Zelensky

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is ready to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, but preparatory work at the expert level must take place before that.
This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov in a comment to Russian propagandists.
“Putin is ready to meet with Zelensky after preparatory work at the expert level,” he noted. Peskov added that such work has not yet been done, and is not even underway.
He also stated that Russia remains committed to ending the war in Ukraine through political and diplomatic means.
The Kremlin also does not rule out the possibility of a meeting between Putin and Witkoff this week.
Earlier, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said he was ready to end the war on the terms that were announced in June 2024 .
It is worth noting that US President Donald Trump wants to agree to an end to Russia’s war against Ukraine by August 8.
