Putin names conditions for meeting with Zelensky

Russian President Vladimir Putin has allowed for the possibility of negotiations with the leaders of the United States and Ukraine. At the same time, he said that “appropriate conditions” must be created for a direct meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky.
His statement is quoted by Russian media.
The United Arab Emirates is one of the “acceptable places” for a possible meeting with Donald Trump. He said that there is “interest” in negotiations with Trump on both sides, and also assured that there are “many friends” in Russia who are ready to help organize such a meeting.
Regarding the negotiations with Zelensky, the head of the Kremlin stated that theoretically he has nothing against it, but for now, according to him, such negotiations are “still a long way off.”
Earlier , Russia and the United States agreed on meetings between Putin and Trump in the coming days, the location has already been chosen and preparations for it have begun.
