Putin said that Russia must prepare for the return of troops from the front

There has already been talk in Russia about what to do with the military after the war against Ukraine ends. Vladimir Putin said that the government should prepare in advance for their return from the front and employment.

This was reported by Russian media, citing Putin’s statement during a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.

During his speech, Putin specifically mentioned the military who will return from the front after the end of hostilities.

“There is another issue – the return of our guys from the front line after the end of the special military operation,” he said.

According to Putin, this is a large number of people who will need to find jobs upon their return. He called on the Russian authorities to prepare for this in advance.

“Many people will return, they need to be employed, and they will come with healthy ambitions, and so on. This is serious work, for which we must prepare in advance,” Putin said.

He also stated that one of the tasks of the Russian authorities remains to resolve issues related to the war, in particular, support for the military and their families.
