Putin was offered to hit Bankova Street with the “Oreshnik”: how did he react?

The self-proclaimed President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, stated that Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin was offered to strike Bankova Street in Kyiv with an Oreshnik ballistic missile.
This was reported by the Telegram channel “Pul Pervogo” close to him.
According to Lukashenko, the Russian dictator was offered to strike the Office of the President of Ukraine, but he refused.
“No way,” Putin replied.
As a reminder, Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin said that during joint military exercises with Russia, it is planned to practice scenarios for the use of nuclear weapons, as well as the latest Oreshnik system . According to him, this is an important element of strategic deterrence in the face of growing tension on the country’s western and northern borders.
