Putin will agree to talks with Zelensky, but there is a condition

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the position of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin that a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky can only take place in Moscow remains valid.

The press secretary of the Russian president stated this in a comment to Russian media.

So far, neither French President Emmanuel Macron nor German Chancellor Friedrich Merz have made any attempts to directly contact Kremlin leader Putin.

As reported, the Kremlin is trying to use the topic of negotiations for manipulation on the international stage , proposing a meeting of the presidents exclusively in the Russian capital. Moreover, these statements have no real basis, but are aimed at disinformation of the Global South.
