Rada Committee Supports Resignation of Justice Minister Halushchenko

The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy supported the decision to submit to parliament the issue of the resignation of Justice Minister Herman Galushchenko.
The deputies received the Prime Minister’s submission and Galushchenko’s own statement on his dismissal on November 12, 2025,
This was reported by the press service of the parliament .
The committee emphasized that the Verkhovna Rada should decide on a personnel decision in the near future.
The government’s submission and the minister’s statement launch the formal procedure for changing the leadership of the Ministry of Justice.
As previously reported, the publication of NABU records in the Energoatom case shocked not only Ukraine , but also international partners, which may lead to the termination of financial assistance in many areas.
