Rada fails to vote to remove Marianna Bezuglya from plenary sessions

The Verkhovna Rada did not support the resolution to disqualify People’s Deputy Maryana Bezugla from participating in plenary sessions.

Only 141 parliamentarians voted for the document, which was not enough to make a decision.

According to the people’s representatives, the vote failed due to the position of the “Servant of the People” faction. Of its members, 74 deputies voted for, the same number did not vote, and another 10 voted against and abstained.

Earlier, the regulations committee agreed to remove Bezuhla from the sessions of the Verkhovna Rada.

Earlier, the chairman of the board of the charitable foundation “People’s Rear” Georgiy Tuka stated that the people’s deputy from “Servant of the People” MariannaBezugla with her senseless statements and criticism of the military demonstrates the principle “who was nobody will become everything” . The SBU should finally react to the statements of the people’s deputy in order to bring this person to criminal responsibility.

Let us recall that on June 23, Bezugla made some cynical statements . She published a post where she rejoiced that the Russian attack destroyed the home of the lead singer of the group “Antitela” Taras Topol. Bezugla called what happened karma. A ballistic missile hit the house opposite Topol’s home. The blast wave almost destroyed the entire apartment. The walls survived, the artist’s relatives were not harmed.

In addition, the MP commented on the Russian shelling of Kiev. Bezuglaya wrote that 31-year-old Dmitry Isayenko, who died under the rubble, allegedly evaded the army, so karma caught up with him . Dmitry Isayenko was a student. His parents waited at the scene of the tragedy all day while rescuers cleared the rubble. The body of the deceased man was subsequently freed from under the rubble.
