Rain and night frosts: weather forecast for Ukraine until April 30

Cool weather with night frosts and occasional light rain will persist in Ukraine until the end of April.

According to the Ukrhydrometeorological Center, no significant precipitation is expected in most regions on April 28–30. Only light rain will fall in some places: on April 28 in the north and northeast, on April 29 in most regions, and on April 30 in the south of the country.

At night, almost all of Ukraine, except for the sea coast and Crimea, is forecasted to experience frosts in the air to 0…–3°. During the day, the temperature will remain low — from +6 to +11°, in the south up to +15°.

Northwesterly winds of 5–12 m/s are also expected, and on April 28, gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are possible in the east and northeast.

In Kyiv on Tuesday night there will be no precipitation and about +1…+3°, light rain and up to +10° are possible during the day. On Wednesday and Thursday it will be mostly dry in the capital, but frosts down to –2° are possible at night, and also up to +10° during the day.
