Rain and wind: when it gets colder in Ukraine

At the end of October, warm weather will remain in Ukraine, and daytime temperatures will reach +16 °C. However, in early November, there will be more rain, the wind will increase, and it will become cooler in some regions.
This was reported by weather forecaster Vitaly Postrygan for Meteoprog.
According to him, until the end of October, the weather will be determined by an area of high atmospheric pressure. Because of this, most regions will remain without precipitation, and the temperature background will be significantly higher than the climatic norm. Light fog is possible in some places at night and in the morning.
On October 29, light rain will fall in places in the south of the country, while it will be dry in other regions. In the afternoon, the air will warm up to +11…+16 °C.
No precipitation is forecast for all of Ukraine on October 30. The temperature at night will be +4…+10 °C, during the day — +11…+16 °C. The wind will be moderate, with a speed of 3–8 m/s.
On October 31, light short-term rains are possible in the northern and eastern regions. No significant precipitation is expected in the rest of the territory. At night it will be +3…+8 °C, during the day — +10…+15 °C, and in the north of the Left Bank — only +8…+10 °C. The wind will increase to 5–10 m/s.
On Sunday, November 1 , rain will cover most regions, except for the southern half of Ukraine. The wind will increase to 7–12 m/s, and in the western and northern regions its gusts will reach 15–17 m/s.
The temperature at night will be +3…+8 °C, during the day – +8…+13 °C. It will be warmest in the far south, where the air will warm up to +14…+16 °C.
