Red carpet and personal meeting with Xi Jinping: Putin arrives for four-day visit to China

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has arrived in China for a four-day visit, where he will participate in a series of events.
This was reported by propaganda media and the Kremlin press service.
In particular, Putin’s plane landed in the city of Tianjin. There, a red carpet was rolled out for the Russian dictator, and Chinese President Xi Jinping provided him with a personal meeting.
The leaders have already had time to briefly chat and hold a joint photo session with the heads of state who arrived for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.
It is expected that on Monday, September 1, the Kremlin leader will join the SCO summit meeting, which will be attended by more than 20 foreign leaders.
In addition, Putin’s program includes several meetings with Xi Jinping, and he also plans to talk with the leaders of Turkey, India, and Iran.
At the same time, the Russian president will take part in a military parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
As a reminder, Xi Jinping declared a strategic partnership with Russia , emphasizing that Moscow and Beijing should jointly protect their interests in the field of security and development in order to form a “more just and rational” international order.
By the way, the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine reported that thanks to cooperation with Chinese companies, Russia receives critically important resources for the military industry . These include special chemicals for the production of explosives, electronic components, and machine tools that are directly used in the production of weapons and military equipment.
