Red danger level: a magnetic storm has covered the planet

Red danger level: a magnetic storm has covered the planet

On Tuesday, March 24, a powerful magnetic storm is expected on Earth, which will be less strong than the previous few days, but still noticeable.

This is evidenced by data from the British Geological Survey.

The solar wind speed is still elevated due to active regions on the Sun, so short-term fluctuations in the magnetic field may still be observed in the coming days. By March 26, activity will gradually decrease, but small surges cannot be completely ruled out yet.

Magnetic storms can affect your well-being, especially for people with heart problems. It is recommended to get more rest, drink enough water, limit caffeine and alcohol, and avoid severe stress and physical exertion. Light walks and a good night’s sleep will help your body cope with such days more easily.
