Red magnetic storm attacks Earth: how to survive the impact

On Friday, December 12, a magnetic storm is expected to continue on Earth.
This was reported by the British Geological Survey.
According to experts, the previous increase in geomagnetic activity was a result of coronal mass ejections on December 8 and 9.
Scientists note that in recent days, numerous flares and coronal mass ejections have been recorded on the Sun again. Although none of them are directly aimed at Earth, a tangential impact on our planet is not ruled out. Additionally, a high-speed stream from a coronal hole is expected during December 12-14.
The combination of a possible tangential impact and high-speed flow will increase geomagnetic activity these days, with the possibility of short-lived G1-level storms.
Experts advise taking care of your well-being during magnetic storms: spend more time outdoors, avoid overexertion, prefer light food and water, limit alcohol and smoking, and remain physically active without excessive exertion.
