Registration of deferrals in “Reserve+” is available again

In the “Reserve+” application, you can again apply for a deferment from mobilization due to disability. The service was restored after the completion of technical work in the systems of the Ministry of Social Policy.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Now, “Reserve+” is again available for processing deferrals for people with disabilities, as well as in cases where the reason for the deferral is the disability of children or parents.

New rules for issuing and extending deferrals from mobilization have been in effect in Ukraine since November 1, 2025. Some military conscripts can receive a deferral online through “Reserve+” without contacting the Central Service Center.

In particular, this opportunity is available to people with disabilities, temporarily unfit for service with an electronic resolution of the Military Commissariat of Defense, parents of children with disabilities, as well as conscripts who have a wife or husband with a disability of group I or II.

Parents of three or more children in one marriage, parents who are raising a child under 18 on their own, students and postgraduates, as well as certain categories of education workers, can also apply for a deferral online.

Later, the list of digital deferrals in “Reserve+” was expanded. People who care for a father or mother with a disability of group I or II, as well as teachers and other pedagogical workers, were added to it.
