Registration to the CCC via smartphone: “Rezerv+” has launched a new function

The “Reserve+” application now offers the opportunity to sign up for territorial recruitment and social support centers through an electronic queue.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Now, military conscripts, conscripts, and reservists can pre-select the date and time of their visit to the CCC directly in the application. All it takes is a few clicks on your smartphone.

The Ministry of Defense explains that users will be able to see their number in the queue, the selected service, and the status of the reservation. If necessary, they can cancel the reservation or leave feedback after the visit.

The application will also send recording reminders in the form of push notifications.

The department says that the service should also make the work of CCC employees easier.

“All entries are formed in one list, queues are reduced, and service becomes more organized and transparent,” the Ministry of Defense explained.

They also noted that registration through the application has the same legal force as registration through the electronic queue website.
