Replacing Yermak: who will become the new head of the President’s Office?

Following Andriy Yermak’s announcement of his resignation as head of the President’s Office, information about possible successors has emerged. According to sources, Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svirydenko may head the Office, while the current Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, is allegedly being considered as a candidate for the post of Prime Minister.

This is reported by a number of Ukrainian media outlets.

There is no official confirmation yet regarding the appointment of Svyrydenko or Fedorov, but discussions of possible solutions are already underway against the backdrop of political turbulence and international negotiations.

As previously reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed in his evening address that personnel changes are being prepared in the Office of the President .

As a reminder, European Solidarity stated that today’s searches of the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, show the failure of attempts to save him politically by appointing him as the chief negotiator.
