According to intelligence data, in recent months the Russian army has been suffering significant losses that are not being offset by personnel replenishment.
This was stated by Andriy Biletsky, commander of the Third Army Corps.
“We are boxers in the 12th round. That is, we think about our condition and exhaustion, and now we will “fall down and that’s it,” but I think that the Russians’ condition is more or less the same,” the military man said.
According to him, the Russians faced a difficult situation with regard to all types of weapons — armored vehicles, artillery systems, etc.
At the same time, despite the failures and retreats of the Defense Forces on the front line, the occupiers are paying a high price for their advance.
“They are trying to convince that they can pay this price for a long time. And this is not true. They cannot pay it for a long time,” Biletsky stated.
He emphasized that currently the enemy’s losses are at least six, and in some places even eight times higher than Ukraine’s losses.
The military added that the quality of the personnel of the Russian army has long been low, and at the same time, combat training “degrades even more with each passing month.”
“I won’t say that everything is improving here. This is already the second question. But everything is extremely crooked and bad there,” the corps commander is convinced.
Andriy Biletsky noted that the Russians also have strengths. In particular, this year they have increased their unmanned component and are developing electronic warfare.
However, the military officer is convinced that the Russians will soon face a strategic stalemate, when there will be practically no opportunities to advance.
“It’s not that we’re going to chase them away and so on, but they’re going to reach a strategic impasse soon,” he noted.
As a reminder, British military intelligence reported record losses of the Russian army during a full-scale war – November became one of the bloodiest months for the Russian troops.
As is known, the Russian military and intelligence services regularly provide Putin with distorted information , emphasizing the alleged successes of the occupation army, Ukraine’s greater losses, and the Russian Federation’s advantage in resources.
