“Reserve+” crash: what’s happening with the application

On Wednesday, April 1, the Reserve+ app experienced a crash. Users are massively complaining that it is not working.
When opening the application for military personnel, the message “Ouch! You have an outdated version of the application” appears.
In particular, the application constantly requires updating, but the new version is not available.
During the outage, it is recommended to have paper military registration documents or a pre-downloaded PDF version of the electronic document with you.
