Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Ukrainian drones allegedly attacked the residence of Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod region on the night of December 29.

Propaganda media write about this.

According to him, 91 attack drones were allegedly used for this, and Russian air defense neutralized them all.

The minister did not release any visual evidence of the attack, only noting that there were no casualties or damage.

In addition, Lavrov said that Russia has identified targets for retaliatory strikes.

In turn, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the statements from the Russian Federation, calling them a “fake story.”

He emphasized that in this way the Kremlin is trying to disrupt all agreements reached in cooperation with the United States, and such statements are also aimed at finding excuses for continuing attacks on Ukraine, in particular for strikes on Kyiv.

“A typical lying tactic of the Russians. Who have already attacked Kyiv, in particular the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Ukraine is not taking steps that could weaken diplomacy. Russia always takes such steps. This is one of the many things that sets us apart. It is important that the world does not remain silent now and that the Russians do not disrupt the movement towards peace,” the president noted.
